An exciting week here at casa gibsons, managed to find a trailer spot for the next leg of our adventure… summer in California.
Found what looks to be a great spot on 5 acres of land, in the hills above Santa Cruz. So the summer plans falling into place quite well. It even looks like we’ll have a little view, and would be able to plant some pots of vegies/herbs etc. Sweet.
We’ll actually be able to leave the airstream there, so when we go back from time to time we’ll have our little california hilltop home to go to…. doubly sweet!
I’m going to so miss this place, each day seems to bring with it more and more loveliness, a new experience… but i know we’ll be back, and we can look forward to more of the same in the fall.
Part of the loveliness for me is around the people we are meeting, and the experiences with those people as well. Yesterday we went on a day long meditation workshop with our best beach combing friend, it was such a unique experience. For me quite profound, and a real push to bring more of that into my life.
We get so darn busy, we forget to stop and just breathe! It was nice to totally disconnect from the virtual world, and go out into the real world as well!
